Cambodia's new Agri-food Industrial Park Framework, approved by Prime Minister Hun Manet, is set to attract investment in agro-processing, create jobs and strengthen links between producers and high-value markets.
Australia has been a key partner in developing the Framework, supporting Cambodia's efforts to expand domestic agro-processing, strengthen value chains and enhance competitiveness.
Yesterday Development Counsellor, Kirsty Harris, and HE Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, joined investors, agribusinesses and government officials to showcase opportunities under the Framework, including incentives and support packages for agro-processing projects.
Through this collaboration, Australia is driving more resilient, sustainable and inclusive economic growth for Cambodia.
