Cambodia and Australia Partner to Unlock Digital Trade Opportunities

Did you know that the global market for digitally delivered products is booming, reaching a record $3.82 trillion in 2022?

This presents a significant opportunity for Cambodia to boost its economy, increase productivity and drive sustainable growth. As a leader in digital trade, Australia is committed to supporting the Cambodian Government to develop and implement its digital trade policy and initiatives.

Through the Cambodia Australia Partnership for Resilient Economic Development (CAPRED), we recently partnered with the Ministry of Commerce to organise a series of stakeholder consultation workshops on Digital Trade Policy development.

These workshops brought together representatives from the public and private sectors, development partners, chambers of commerce and key business associations, to discuss regulatory frameworks, trade facilitation, e-payments, e-commerce and digital skills development.
